What Zendesk costs: the plans side by side

Zendesk charges per agent per month. What is published, what is quote-based, and where the figures actually live.

How the charging works

Three things drive what you pay, and they stack.

  • A plan, per agent, per month. Every agent seat costs the same on a given plan.
  • Add-ons, also per agent per month. Bought on top, not included in any plan level.
  • Usage, for a few things. Voice minutes, and allowances on App Builder and Action Builder, are billed on what you actually use beyond what your plan includes.

What Zendesk publishes

Figures below are from the Zendesk pricing page on 27 August 2026, in euros, per agent per month, billed annually. Check the current figures on the Zendesk pricing page before you rely on them.

Plan Published
Suite Team EUR 55
Suite Growth Not published as a figure
Suite Professional EUR 115
Suite Enterprise and Enterprise Plus Quote only
Support Team EUR 19
Copilot add-on EUR 50
Workforce Engagement bundle EUR 50

Two things that surprise people

Enterprise is not a listed price. The top levels are quoted rather than published, so any figure you find for them online is somebody's guess or somebody's deal.

Zendesk's own help centre carries no prices at all. Its plan articles describe what each level contains and then link to the pricing page. So if you are comparing features, the help centre is authoritative; if you are comparing cost, only the pricing page is.

Annual against monthly

Paying annually is cheaper than paying monthly, currently by 20 per cent. That is the single largest lever on the published figures, and it is a commitment question rather than a configuration one.

Want a figure for a level that is not published, or for your own seat count? Ask us and we will work it out. Seat counts, add-ons and the level you need interact in ways a list price does not show, and we would rather tell you before you commit than after.
