What each Suite level adds

Five Suite levels exist, but only three appear on the pricing page. What each one adds, and why two are hard to find.

The five levels

Zendesk's own documentation lists Team, Growth, Professional, Enterprise and Enterprise Plus. The pricing page, checked in August 2026, shows Team, Professional and an Enterprise option that is quoted rather than listed. Growth and Enterprise Plus do not appear there at all.

That is not a mistake on your part. They exist as plan types; they are simply not on the public page, which is why searching for a Growth price finds nothing official.

Roughly what each level brings

  • Team. Ticketing, a help centre, the standard channels. Enough to run support properly.
  • Growth. The organising features: multiple ticket forms, conditional fields, custom statuses, service level agreements, multiple brands.
  • Professional. Reporting in earnest, side conversations, skills-based routing, and the tools for a team large enough to need shape.
  • Enterprise. Custom roles, sandboxes with configuration deployment, multiple schedules, group-level agreements, and the controls larger organisations are held to.
  • Enterprise Plus. The highest tier, quoted.

Our articles name the exact level each feature starts at, in the block at the top. That is more reliable than a summary, because the boundaries move.

The pattern in the boundaries

Roughly, Growth is where you stop doing things by hand, Professional is where you start measuring, and Enterprise is where control and separation matter. Most organisations of ten to fifty people find what they need at Growth or Professional.

Where to check

Zendesk's help centre describes what each level contains but carries no prices. The pricing page carries prices but not the full feature detail. You need both, which is a genuine annoyance rather than something you are missing.
