Prerequisites
- A Wildix Collaboration account.
- Multiple outbound numbers assigned to the user.
- The switch function must be configured by your system administrator.
Steps to Choose an Outbound Number
- Open Wildix Collaboration on your web browser or desktop application.
- If your administrator has set up a switch to toggle between outbound numbers, the switch button is located under the function keys
- Go to function keys
- Double click every time you want to change the outgoing number
Troubleshooting
- If you cannot switch, contact your administrator to check your permissions and configuration.
- If the switch button does not work, try refreshing the Wildix Collaboration interface.
