I was recently added to a call group, and now I am not receiving any calls?
It is important that the function call center is activated, this can be found in collaboration / settings / contact center. Follow the steps below:
- Contact center
- Sign-on in the call groups below
- When you change the status to Unavailable away/DND, then activate this switch
The switch must be green, both Sign-on and Unavailable on Away / dnd
