In Collaboration users can choose which device they would like to use for both incoming and outgoing calls. When you select Any in the Devices menu on the top navigation bar this will affect the behavior of both incoming and outgoing calls.
- Incoming Calls
In all cases all phones ring when the Personal Setting 'Ring only active device' is not turned on. - Outgoing Calls
In all cases all phones ring and the call will be set up on the device where you answer the call.
This setting will very much depend on your personal case. However, we find most users only use one specific device to set up outgoing calls. In such cases it's recommended to select this device in the Devices menu.
