The Autostart option allows users to control if they would like to enable or disable the Web Phone in Collaboration. If you only use hardware devices, for an example when you work in a Remote Desktop environment, it could make sense to disable the Web Phone.
If you are missing the 'Web' option in your Devices menu you might want to check if the setting Autostart is enabled. To change this setting follow the steps below:
- Open Collaboration and sign in with your personal account.
- Go to Settings and select the Web Phone tab.
- Turn the switch ON for the setting Autostart.
- Confirm by pressing Save.
