When signing in on Collaboration I'm receiving the error message 'Phone: No devices available'. How do I resolve this?
Answer
This message is shown when Collaboration cannot activate your Web Phone and no other Wildix Hardware Phones are found. This can be caused by the following reasons:
- Your device has no speakers and microphone connected. Try the following resolutions:
- You have not provided access to the microphone in your browser. Try the following resolutions:
- Click on the Padlock icon in the URL bar and confirm the Microphone option is set to Allow.
- Try to use the native Collaboration App
