Collaboration 7 not loading or not connecting is usually one of four things. Work through them in this order.
1. Is it just you?
Ask one colleague. This single question changes everything about what to look at, and it is the first thing we will ask.
If it affects everyone, check status.pluscloud.nl before anything else.
2. Your browser
- Check the browser. Collaboration 7 itself is supported on Chrome. A video conference is more forgiving and also runs in Chromium, Safari 12.1 and higher, Edge 79 and higher, and Firefox, but screen sharing within it needs Chrome 72 or Firefox 66. So "it works in a meeting but not in the app" is a browser answer, not a fault.
- Try a private window. If it works there, an extension or cached data is interfering.
- Check the microphone permission. Blocked, and calls arrive with nobody able to hear you.
3. Your network
The fastest test: switch your phone off Wi-Fi and onto mobile data. If it works there and not on the office network, something is being filtered, and that is a conversation with whoever manages your firewall.
Weak Wi-Fi produces the same symptoms as a blocked connection: the interface loads, calls connect, audio is poor or one-way.
4. Your account
- Signs in but tabs are missing? Check your plan. Some features are absent rather than broken on lighter plans.
- Sign-in rejected? Two things get mixed up here, not three. Collaboration 7 wants your email address, or Google or Microsoft single sign-on. A keypad has no letters, so a phone asks for your extension and the same password entered as digits. There is no separate voicemail PIN behind it.
Before reporting, note whether colleagues are affected, whether it works on mobile data, and roughly when it started. Those three answers usually identify the cause on their own.
Still stuck
Send us a request with those three answers. Urgency without detail slows things down; detail without urgency does not.
