Invite customers and suppliers into a meeting without them installing anything or creating an account.
How guests join
Send the meeting link. They open it in a browser and they are in. No account, no download, no subscription on their side.
That last point matters when you are inviting someone who has never heard of Wildix: there is nothing for them to sign up for.
What you need
Creating a room with external participants needs UC-Business or higher. Everyone can join a conference; creating one is the part that needs the plan.
Making it easy for them
- Send the link in advance, not two minutes before.
- Mention the browser. Chrome is the safe choice, and saying so avoids a scramble at the start.
- Warn about the microphone prompt. Their browser will ask permission, and people who are not expecting it click the wrong thing.
Join a minute early. A guest who arrives to an empty room often assumes they have the wrong link and leaves. Being there first removes that doubt.
Ongoing conversations, not just meetings
If you want customers in a continuing thread rather than a one-off meeting, that is what x-bees is for. Guests join a conversation, take part in chat and video, and come back to the same thread later.
Recording with guests present
Tell them before you start. With external participants this is not optional in most countries.
