Find and manage contacts

Subscription UC-Essential or higher

Search once across colleagues, shared phonebooks and your own contacts, and give incoming numbers a name.

Where your contacts come from

  • Colleagues on your phone system, always there.
  • Shared phonebooks maintained centrally, such as customers and suppliers.
  • Your personal contacts, visible only to you.
  • Connected systems, if a CRM or calendar integration is active.

Search covers all of them at once, so you type a company name rather than remembering which list it is in.

Why a name appears on an incoming call

Because the number matched one of those sources. When a number arrives bare, it matched nothing, and the usual cause is format: a number stored as 020 1234567 will not match a call arriving as +31201234567.

Store every number in full international format. It is the single change that makes name lookup work reliably, and it costs nothing to adopt.

Adding a personal contact

Add someone from your call history in one step, which is the fastest moment to do it. A number you meant to save later is a number you will be looking up again.

Shared phonebooks

These are maintained centrally so everyone benefits from one correction. If a customer's number is wrong for you, it is wrong for the whole company, so report it rather than fixing your own copy.

Syncing to your phone and mail client

Contacts can be synced to iOS, Android, macOS and desktop mail clients, so the same names appear when a call arrives on your mobile.
