The Integrations Hub is where connected systems surface next to a call, so agents see context without switching windows.
What it does
Rather than each integration having its own place, the hub brings connected systems together beside the conversation. A call arrives, and what you know about that person from your CRM or helpdesk appears with it.
Why this matters more than it sounds
The alternative is an agent hearing a name, alt-tabbing to a CRM, searching, and reading while the customer waits. That gap is where calls go badly, and removing it is most of the value of any integration.
What you see
- Who is calling, matched from a connected system
- Their recent history with you
- Open items, depending on the system
- Actions you can take without leaving the conversation
How much appears depends on the integration. HubSpot and Salesforce go deepest; lighter connectors show contact details and little else.
Call group calls need x-caracal
Showing call group calls in the hub requires an x-caracal subscription. Without it, direct calls appear and queue calls do not, which looks like an incomplete integration rather than a licensing gap.
Number format decides whether any of this works. A number stored locally will not match a call arriving in international format, and no integration recovers from that.
Getting it set up
Which systems appear depends on what is connected. Tell us which systems your team works in and we will confirm what can be brought together.
