Plan requirement

An overview of what Wildix connects to: CRM, Microsoft, Google, helpdesk systems and industry tools, with what each one gives you.
Integrations start at x-bees Standard. A colleague on x-bees Basic can call and chat normally, but nothing reaches the connected system. If activity is missing for one person, check their plan before the integration settings.
CRM
| System | What you get |
|---|---|
| HubSpot | Automatic call and meeting logging, contact lookup, tasks and activity history without leaving x-bees |
| Salesforce | The same, plus opportunities, stages, notes and summaries |
| Zoho | Contact lookup and call logging |
| Vtiger | Contact lookup and call logging |
| SAP Business One | Contact lookup and call logging |
| Axonaut | Contact lookup and call logging |
Microsoft and Google
- Microsoft 365. Calendar, contacts and single sign-on.
- Microsoft Teams. Dial from the Teams Calls tab, through teams4Wildix. Needs extra Microsoft licences.
- Outlook. Click to call from within Outlook on Windows.
- Google Workspace. Calendar, contacts and single sign-on.
Helpdesk
Zendesk and Freshdesk connect calls to tickets, so a phone call and the ticket it belongs to end up in the same place.
Industry solutions
- Hotel. Room status and billing through the FIAS protocol.
- Healthcare. Nurse call systems with W-AIR handsets.
- Door entry. Answer the door from your phone, with video before you open.
Building your own
If your system is not on the list, a webhook or a popup URL usually covers it. A popup URL opens a page of your choosing when a call arrives, with the caller's number in it, which is often enough to bring up the right customer record.
