What the AI+Data Boost bundle includes

Plan requirement

Subscription Any plan
Also required AI+Data Boost

AI+Data Boost covers transcription, voice agents, storage and how long your data is kept. It is counted in AI units, not hours.

What the bundle covers

  • Transcription and summaries of calls and meetings
  • AI voice and chat agents that handle conversations on their own
  • Company data storage, which is what the AI works from
  • Longer retention for Cloud Analytics data

AI units, not hours

Usage is counted in AI units, and a unit buys a different amount of time depending on how the feature runs.

Mode What it covers Per unit
Real time Voice agents, live transcription of calls and conferences, voicemail transcription 1 hour
Post-call Transcription produced after a call ends 2 hours

So the same allowance stretches twice as far if you do not need to read along live.

What you start with, and what a bundle adds

  • Included by default: 10 AI units and 5 GB of company data storage.
  • One bundle adds 25 AI units and 10 GB.
  • You can hold as many bundles as you need, and units and storage scale with them.

The allowance sits at company level, not per user. A team of twenty shares the same units as a team of three.

Nothing stops working when you pass your allowance. Extra capacity is added automatically so a meeting in progress is not cut off. That extra capacity is chargeable, so it is worth knowing your usage rather than discovering it afterwards. Ask us if you want the detail for your agreement.

How long your data is kept

  • No bundle: three months.
  • One bundle: up to a year, and a year by default.
  • More than one bundle: up to ten years, still a year by default.

These limits apply to Wildix products activated after April 2025. On an older system your existing retention stays as it was, so check with us rather than assuming.

Why data storage is part of it

Transcription produces text, and summaries and search work on that text. It has to live somewhere, and that storage is part of the bundle rather than a separate thing to arrange.

It is also why the bundle governs how long Cloud Analytics keeps your call data. If you need a longer history than the default, this is the lever.

Deciding whether you need it

If you only want occasional transcription, the default allowance may cover you. If you plan to run voice agents, transcribe every customer call, or keep analytics data for years, you will need bundles, and that is worth working out up front rather than discovering it afterwards.
