CLASSOUND is the Wildix global calling service. Here is what it adds, and when you actually need it.

What it is

CLASSOUND is Wildix's own carrier service, an alternative to our Multi Carrier Trunks. It comes in two levels, Core and Pro.

If you run x-bees or x-hoppers, you almost certainly have it. CLASSOUND comes as standard with those products. On Collaboration you are more likely to be on our Multi Carrier Trunks.

When you need it

• Messaging. SMS, MMS and the WhatsApp integration only run over CLASSOUND, and only on numbers where the service has been rolled out.
• Included call bundles. The free minutes and message allowances listed against x-bees plans come with CLASSOUND, not with the plan on its own.
• Wide international coverage with numbers in many countries under one service.
• teams4Wildix in its second mode, which requires CLASSOUND Pro.

What it adds beyond calling

• Branded calls through extended caller name, so your company name shows on the recipient's phone
• Spoofed call blocking on inbound
• eSIM for mobile use on the same service
• Emergency calling compliance in the regions it covers

Getting it

CLASSOUND is added to your system by us. Send us a request saying what you want to do with it, and we will tell you whether Core or Pro fits. It is a paid service, so we confirm what it adds to your agreement before activating it.
