What you get

Each eSIM is tied to one CLASSOUND number and one user in the system, so the person carries their own business identity and extension. The handset shows Wildix as the operator.

The point worth noticing is that voice does not depend on data. Calls keep working where the data connection has given up, which is exactly the situation the mobile app cannot handle.

Check the handset first

The phone has to support eSIM and allow a second active line alongside the SIM already in it. Those are two different things, and the second is the one that matters. Most recent models manage both and older ones do not, so check the specific handset against the supported device list before ordering rather than the model range.

About the data allowance

The 2 GB is intended for normal business use. It is not a bulk data plan, and once it is used the connection keeps working at a reduced speed rather than stopping. For someone who mainly calls, that allowance goes a long way, because the calls themselves do not touch it.
