CLASSOUND eSIM puts your business number on a mobile without a second phone or a roaming bill, for people who work where Wi-Fi does not reach.
What problem it solves
People who travel or work outside coverage face a choice: a second work phone, a personal number customers should not have, or an app that needs data to work.
An eSIM puts the business number on the mobile network itself, so it works like a normal mobile line.
Where it fits
- Field engineers and drivers who are not on Wi-Fi
- People travelling internationally who would otherwise roam
- Anyone who needs their work number to keep working when data does not
It is not a replacement for the mobile app for office-based staff. For someone at a desk, the app does more and costs nothing extra.
What has to be checked first
- The phone has to support eSIM and allow a second line. Most recent models do; older ones do not.
- The number has to be mapped to the eSIM, which is a setup step per number.
- Fair usage applies. It is intended for normal business use, not as a bulk data plan.
Check the specific handset before ordering. "Supports eSIM" and "supports a second active line alongside the existing SIM" are not the same thing, and the second is what you need.
Getting one
Tell us who needs it, which number they should carry, and which handset they use. eSIM is a paid addition, so we confirm what it means for your agreement first.
