What you will see
- Dropped audio during the call.
- A caller ID that arrives wrong or not at all.
- Audio loops, where the call echoes back on itself.
Intermittently, which means a test call proves nothing and the problem surfaces with a customer on the line.
What to do
Present an international number for calls into the UAE. That avoids the whole category.
And if you keep going
Beyond the quality, the destination can be blocked or its rate can rise. That applies to traffic that ignores the restriction rather than to ordinary calling.
