The three conditions

• Your company is registered in South Africa and can prove it.
• The number you present is hosted with us. A number from elsewhere does not qualify.
• The calls originate in South Africa, with no manipulation of the number you present.

All three, or none of it applies.

Why they exist together

The reduced rate is for a company genuinely operating in the country, and the three conditions are how that is established. Meeting two of them describes a company calling into South Africa from outside, which is a different thing.

What happens if the conditions are not met

The rate for that destination can go up, or it can be blocked. It is not simply a case of the reduced rate no longer applying.
