These terms apply to the browser extension pluscloud AI Agent Preview ("the extension"), made by pluscloud CX B.V., High Tech Campus 83, 5656 AG Eindhoven, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce number 74149970 ("pluscloud", "we"). You accept these terms when you activate the extension. If you use the extension for your organisation, you accept them on its behalf.
Version of 6 October 2026
1. What the extension does
The extension shows test conversations of Zendesk AI agents (Advanced) as customers would see them: in the Zendesk Web Widget, the Zendesk mobile SDKs and other channels. It works inside the AI agents dashboard of your own Zendesk account and needs a Zendesk subscription with AI agents (Advanced).
The extension is made for Zendesk by pluscloud, Zendesk Premier Partner. It is not made or endorsed by Zendesk. Zendesk is a trademark of Zendesk, Inc.
2. Your licence
We give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the extension within your organisation, to preview, test and present your AI agents. The licence ends when you stop using the extension, or when we end it under section 9.
The extension is currently free of charge. If we introduce fees, we will tell you in advance, and you can stop using the extension.
3. Using the extension
- Use the extension only with Zendesk accounts you are authorised to use, and in line with Zendesk's own terms.
-
Don't use the extension to get around security measures, to access data you are not allowed to see, or to overload any service.
-
Don't sell, rent or redistribute the extension, and don't copy or reverse engineer it, except where the law allows this.
- In presentation mode you choose which websites and images are shown. Make sure you are allowed to show them, and don't present a preview as a live service.
4. A preview, not a guarantee
The extension imitates how channels show messages, based on Zendesk's code and documentation and on the public documentation of the channels. What customers really see can differ, for example per device, app version, account setting or after changes by Zendesk or a channel. Always check the result on the real channel before you go live.
The extension depends on the Zendesk dashboard. Zendesk can change it at any time, and features of the extension can then stop working until we update it.
5. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms. In short: test conversations stay in your browser; after activation, pluscloud records who uses the extension and when, together with the Zendesk account's plan and active features; you receive onboarding emails, which you can turn off at any time; and we only send you our newsletter if you opt in.
6. Availability and support
We provide the extension as it is, and we may change, suspend or stop it. Updates are delivered through the Chrome Web Store. Support is available through help.pluscloud.nl, on a best-effort basis.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the extension is provided without any warranty, and pluscloud is only liable for direct damage, up to a maximum of 100 euros in total. pluscloud is not liable for indirect damage, such as lost profit, lost data or damage caused by decisions based on a preview. These limitations do not apply to damage caused by intent or deliberate recklessness of pluscloud's management.
8. Intellectual property
The extension and its design belong to pluscloud. Zendesk and the channel names and logos shown in previews belong to their owners. Open-source components in the extension are covered by their own licences.
9. Ending the use
You can stop at any time: deactivate the extension in its options, or remove it from Chrome. We can end your licence or block the extension's use if you breach these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
We can change these terms. The extension then shows the new version, and you need to accept it to keep using the extension.
11. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes go to the competent court in Oost-Brabant, the Netherlands, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
