Call a contact straight from their HubSpot record, with the call running over Wildix and logged automatically.
This is the other direction
There are two HubSpot integrations. One brings HubSpot into x-bees; this one puts calling into HubSpot. In the HubSpot marketplace they appear as Wildix Automation for the logging and Wildix Calling Assistant for calling.
They are not alternatives. Most teams run both.
Install it
- In HubSpot, open the app marketplace.
- Find the Wildix calling app and install it.
- Authorise the connection when prompted.
- Set Wildix as your calling provider in your HubSpot call settings.
Installing needs HubSpot administrator rights. Choosing the calling provider is per user, so each person does that once.
Making a call
Open a contact and use the call button. The call runs over Wildix, and the activity is logged against that contact without you writing it up.
If the call button is greyed out or calls through the wrong provider, check the calling provider setting in your own HubSpot profile. It is a per-user choice and it is the usual cause.
When nothing happens
- Check the plan. x-bees Standard or higher, per user.
- Check the provider setting in the user's HubSpot profile.
- Check the number format on the contact. International format is safest.
