Wildix has several Salesforce integrations and they do different things. Pick by where you want to work, not by name.
Which Salesforce integration do I need?
Where do your people work?
| They spend the day in | You want |
|---|---|
| x-bees | Salesforce integration with x-bees. Leads and opportunities appear beside the conversation. |
| Salesforce | Salesforce Lightning integration. Call from inside Salesforce. |
| Both | Run both. They are not alternatives. |
What the x-bees integration gives you
- Calls and conferences logged automatically against the matching lead
- Find existing leads and create new ones without leaving the conversation
- Manage opportunities, track stages, edit notes, tasks and summaries
- Start a conversation or schedule a call from the lead
What the Salesforce-side integration gives you
Click to call from within Salesforce, with the call handled by Wildix, plus pop-ups for incoming and outgoing calls and name lookup.
There are two of them, one for Salesforce Lightning and one for Salesforce Classic, and they are not interchangeable: the Lightning one does not work in Classic. Being on Classic is not a reason to go without, though, which is worth saying because the Lightning integration is the one people find first.
Separately there is a Salesforce bot that posts into an x-bees conversation when something happens in the CRM, such as an opportunity reaching Closed Won. That is the piece teams tend not to know exists, and it is often the one they would have wanted.
Both need x-bees Standard or higher per user, or UC-Business or higher on Collaboration 7. A rep on x-bees Basic can call perfectly well while nothing reaches Salesforce.
How do we get it set up?
Both sides need configuration, and the Salesforce side needs someone with administrator rights there. Tell us which one you want and we will walk through it with you.
