Zoho, Vtiger, SAP Business One, Axonaut and others connect for contact lookup and call logging. Here is what to expect.

Two tiers of integration

Not every CRM connects to the same depth, and it is worth knowing which you are getting before you plan around it.

  • HubSpot and Salesforce go deepest. Contact data in the interface, automatic logging, tasks, activity history and, for Salesforce, opportunities.
  • The others generally cover contact lookup and call logging. Enough to know who is calling and to have the call recorded, but not a second workspace inside your CRM.

What you get with the others

  • Incoming calls matched to a customer, so a name appears instead of a number
  • Calls logged against that customer
  • Search across your CRM contacts from the dialpad

Number format decides whether it works

Matching happens on the phone number. If your CRM stores numbers locally and calls arrive in international format, nothing matches and the integration appears dead.

Cleaning up number formats in the CRM before connecting is usually the difference between an integration that works and one that people give up on in week two.

Not on the list? A popup URL often gets you most of the value. A call arrives, your CRM opens at the right record, and you did not need a purpose-built integration.

Getting it connected

These are configured in WMS under cloud integrations, and most need administrator rights in the CRM too. Tell us which system you use and we will confirm what is possible before you invest time in it.
