Plan requirement
| Subscription | x-bees Standard or higher, UC-Business or higher (Collaboration 7) |
Two components on the Wildix side and one app on the HubSpot side. They do opposite things and most teams need all three.
Which pieces are there?
| Where | What it is |
| WMS, Connectors | HubSpot Auto Logging. Logs calls and conferences against matching HubSpot contacts, and does the lookup. |
| WMS, Apps | HubSpot. Puts HubSpot contact details on the Info tab in x-bees or Collaboration 7, in Live Search and in dialpad search. |
| HubSpot | The Wildix App. Click-to-call from Contacts and Companies, with call pop-ups and DTMF. |
The first two bring HubSpot to your people. The third lets them dial from HubSpot. They are not alternatives.
What decides whether you can have it
Calling from HubSpot on a free HubSpot CRM is only possible for numbers registered in certain countries. Elsewhere it needs a paid Sales Hub or Service Hub seat, so check that before planning around it.
On the Wildix side you need x-bees Standard or higher, or UC-Business or higher on Collaboration 7, plus administrator rights in HubSpot.
Two things that make it look broken
-
The address
https://hubspot.wildix.comhas to be allowed under PBX > Security > CORS in WMS. Without it, nothing connects. - Incoming calls only show up while a contact or company page is open. That is expected behaviour, not a fault.
Installing the app in HubSpot is only half the job. Doing one half is the usual reason an integration seems to half work.
