Plan requirement

Put x-bees on your phone so calls to your extension reach you away from your desk, and connect it to your PBX.
Install and sign in
- Download x-bees from the App Store or Google Play.
- Sign in with Google, Microsoft 365 or your email address. With email you receive a verification code.
- Open Settings from your profile picture.
- Tap Connect to Wildix PBX and enter your PBX domain.
You need Android 9 or iOS 13.3 as a minimum.
Signed in is not connected
Signing in gets you into the app; connecting to the PBX is what gives you your extension, colleagues and history. If the sidebar tabs are missing, that step has not happened. It is expected behaviour, not a fault.
If your administrator invited you from WMS, use the link in that email. It connects to the PBX automatically and you skip the domain step entirely.
Allow notifications
Without notification permission you will not know a call is arriving until you open the app, which defeats the purpose. Grant it when asked, and check it in your phone settings if calls seem to arrive silently.
Moving a call between devices
A call answered on your laptop can be moved to your phone and back without hanging up. Useful when you need to leave your desk mid-conversation.
Two apps on one Android device
If you need to be signed in to two accounts on the same Android phone, that is possible, though it is an unusual setup. Ask us before relying on it for daily work.
