Sign in to x-bees with Google, Microsoft 365 or your email address, then connect the app to your Wildix PBX.
Open app.x-bees.com in Chrome and choose how you want to sign in:
- Google or Microsoft 365 single sign-on.
- Email. x-bees sends a verification code to your address. Enter the code to continue.
If your administrator invited you from WMS, you will have an invitation email with a link. Use that link and the connection to your PBX happens automatically, so you can skip the next step.
Connect to your PBX
Signing in gets you into x-bees. Connecting to the PBX is what gives you your extension, your colleagues and your call history.
- Click your profile picture in the top left to open Settings.
- Click Connect to Wildix PBX.
- Enter your PBX domain name and click Connect.
If the sidebar tabs are missing, you are signed in but not connected to a PBX. That is expected behaviour for a guest session, not a fault.
The browser
Use Chrome. There is also a Chrome extension that turns phone numbers on any web page into click-to-call links.
Install the mobile app
- Download x-bees from the App Store or Google Play.
- Sign in the same way as on the web.
- Open Settings, tap Connect to Wildix PBX and enter your PBX domain.
The app needs Android 9 or iOS 13.3 as a minimum.
