When you want to adjust the opening hours, you need the rights to access the pbx. Contact support if you don't have the rights yet.
Follow the steps below for business hours:
- Open Collaboration and sign in with your personal account
- Click on the arrow (left of the settings) and choose Manage PBX
- In the menu bar, choose dial plan and go to Timetable/Switch
- Go to Business-hours
- The time between Start and End time is open
- Make the changes here and confirm with save
Follow the steps below for holiday hours:
- Open Collaboration and sign in with your personal account.
- Click on the arrow (left of the settings) and choose Manage PBX
- In the menu bar, choose dial plan and go to Timetable/Switch
- Go to Holiday-hours
- The time between Start and End time is closed
- Make the changes here and confirm with save
