Plan requirement

Trying something before buying it. Useful, and only if you decide in advance what would make it a yes.
Start a trial
- Open Admin Center, then Account, then Billing, then Subscription.
- Start the trial of the plan or feature.
- Note the end date in a calendar.
- Configure it and put it in front of real work.
- Decide before the date arrives.
Write down the question first
"Does intelligent triage label our tickets accurately enough to route on" is a question a trial can answer. "Let us try AI" is not, and it ends with somebody saying it was interesting.
Say what would make it a yes
A number, decided beforehand. Accurate on eight out of ten tickets. Ten minutes a day saved per agent. Without that, the decision comes down to who liked it, which is not a decision.
Use it on real work
A feature tried on test tickets tells you almost nothing. Put it in front of actual customers, on a narrow scope, or you are evaluating a demo.
Give it enough time
Most things look confusing in week one and useful in week three. Judging a trial after two days measures the interface, not the feature.
Know what happens at the end
Whether it stops, or converts to a paid subscription. That is worth knowing on day one rather than discovering on the invoice.
Talk to us before deciding
What a feature is worth depends on how you work. Ask pluscloud support and we will help you judge it against your own situation.
