Plan requirement
| Subscription | Any plan |
| Access | Admin |
What you are paying for, in one page: plan, seats and add-ons. Worth opening quarterly rather than at renewal.
Open it
- Open Admin Center, then Account, then Billing, then Subscription.
- Read the plan, the seats and the add-ons.
- Compare seats purchased against seats used.
- Note the renewal date.
Seats used against seats bought
The number that most often surprises people. Agents who left, accounts made for a project, someone who moved to another team: each is a seat being billed.
Add-ons nobody uses
An add-on bought for a plan that changed, or for a feature nobody switched on. Check each one against whether anybody has used it this quarter.
The reverse also happens: an add-on you have and have not enabled, which is a different fix.
Know the renewal date
Any change to plan or seats is easiest at renewal. Finding out three weeks after it passed is how accounts stay one size too large for a year.
Put it in a calendar with a reminder a month ahead, not on the day.
Not every admin sees this
Subscription management can be limited to the owner. If the page is not there, that is the setting rather than a fault.
Talk to us before changing
What fits your situation depends on how you actually work, not only on seat counts. Ask pluscloud support and we will go through it with you before anything is changed.
