By default, Wildix Collaboration is offered with pluscloud's multi-carrier connections included. This means you are connected to our high availability platform that will automatically route your calls via the best available premium carrier that we are connected to. Incoming DDI's registered with pluscloud are only connected to premium carriers.
For cases where you want to implement your SIP Trunks we can offer a BYOC service. The BYOC service includes a trunk certification that is designed to perform some default testing to make sure your SIP Trunk will fully function.
When is BYOC used?
- You wish to use Wildix Collaboration without losing your current carrier
- pluscloud is not offering Phone numbers in your region
- You cannot port your Phone numbers due to regulatory reasons
How can BYOC be used?
The use of BYOC is limited to inbound and some outbound calls only. Inbound can always be implemented with one of the mentioned reasons above. Outbound calls are limited but can be implemented if the outbound call falls into a regulatory restriction that requires a local carrier.
What are the costs of BYOC?
The costs of our BYOC service is depending on your contract, the required work for certification of the trunk and a monthly fee. Contact our Sales Team to learn more.
