Choosing between them
The question is not which is best but who is talking to whom.
- Colleagues talking to colleagues, with customers calling in on normal phone numbers. Collaboration 7 covers it.
- People whose job is the customer conversation. x-bees, because the customer can be in the thread rather than on the other end of an email chain.
- Staff on their feet, hands busy, customers physically present. x-hoppers.
Mixing them
A retailer might run x-hoppers in the stores and Collaboration 7 at head office. A system on x-bees also gives access to Collaboration, which makes a mixed setup straightforward.
