Collaboration 7, x-bees or x-hoppers. Look at what opens when you sign in, and you will know within a second.
Tell them apart
| You see | You have |
|---|---|
| A dialpad, colleagues list and chat, at your company's own web address | Collaboration 7 |
| Conversations with customers in them, at app.x-bees.com | x-bees |
| A headset on an always-on channel with the shop floor | x-hoppers |
What each one is for
- Collaboration 7. Calling, chat and meetings for colleagues. Everything happens inside your company.
- x-bees. The same, but built around conversations that include customers. Customers join as guests without an account.
- x-hoppers. Retail and hospitality. Headsets on one shared channel, with customers able to call for help from the aisle.
Having more than one
A system on the x-bees subscription also gives access to Collaboration, so seeing both is normal. The reverse does not apply: Collaboration on its own does not include x-bees.
Why it matters
Plan names differ per product. Collaboration uses UC-Basic through UC-Premium; x-bees uses Device through SuperBee; x-hoppers has its own set again. Knowing which product you are on tells you which set of instructions applies to you.
