Wildix has several Salesforce integrations and they do different things. Pick by where you want to work, not by name.

What the x-bees integration gives you
- Calls and conferences logged automatically against the matching lead
- Find existing leads and create new ones without leaving the conversation
- Manage opportunities, track stages, edit notes, tasks and summaries
- Start a conversation or schedule a call from the lead
What the Salesforce-side integration gives you
Click to call from within Salesforce, with the call handled by Wildix. Note that the Lightning integration works with Lightning only, not with Classic.
Both need x-bees Standard or higher per user, or UC-Business or higher on Collaboration 7. A rep on x-bees Basic can call perfectly well while nothing reaches Salesforce.
Getting it set up
Both sides need configuration, and the Salesforce side needs someone with administrator rights there. Tell us which one you want and we will walk through it with you.
