Wildix publishes two apps in the HubSpot marketplace, and they do opposite things. Here is which one you need.
The two apps

| Wildix Automation | Logs calls and meetings into HubSpot automatically, and syncs owners, contacts and companies. |
| Wildix Calling Assistant | Lets you place calls from inside HubSpot, over Wildix. |
They are not alternatives. Most teams run both: one brings your calls into HubSpot, the other brings HubSpot's records into reach when you dial.
Which you need
- You want calls recorded against contacts without anyone writing them up. Wildix Automation.
- Your team works inside HubSpot and wants to dial from there. Wildix Calling Assistant.
- Your team works inside x-bees and wants HubSpot context there. Neither of these; that is set up from the Wildix side.
What both need
x-bees Standard or higher per user, and HubSpot administrator rights to install.
Installing an app in HubSpot is only half the job. The Wildix side has to be connected too, and doing only one half is the usual reason an integration seems to half work.
