Plan requirement

Your contact-me link lets customers start a chat or book a meeting with you directly, without an invitation from your side.
What your link looks like
Every user on x-bees Standard or higher has a personal link in this form:
https://app.x-bees.com/kite/firstname.lastname@yourdomain.com
Put it anywhere: your email signature, a proposal, your LinkedIn profile, a business card.
What the customer sees
- They click the link and choose Send me a message.
- x-bees opens and they start typing.
- They are asked to sign in with Google, Microsoft 365 or their email address. With email, a code is sent to verify it.
- The conversation continues, and it lands with you.
From there they can invite colleagues of their own into the thread, and come back later to see previous conversations they took part in.
Because the customer signs in, the thread survives. Next time they use the same link they land back in the same conversation instead of starting from scratch.
Add the link to your email signature
x-bees can generate a signature block for you, so the link is formatted and clickable rather than pasted as raw text. You will find it under Settings.
If your link does not work
Check your plan first. Personal contact-me links start at x-bees Standard, and on x-bees Basic they do not exist.
A widget instead of a link
If you want customers to reach a team rather than a person, use a website widget instead. The widget sits on your site and routes to a group. Configuring widgets needs x-bees SuperBee.
