No. Every user on a system shares the same subscription term, whatever plan they are on. Only the plan type is per person.
What is shared
The subscription term is set for the whole system. You cannot put one group on a shorter term and another on a longer one.
What is not
The plan type. Someone can be on the lightest plan and a colleague on the heaviest, and both follow the same term.
What this means in practice
Adding people mid-term is normal and expected. What you cannot do is give a seasonal team a different term from your permanent staff.
If you have a genuine seasonal pattern, talk to us about it rather than working around it. There are usually better answers than over-licensing all year.
