Can I see storage usage broken down by ticket

Not per ticket, and it would not help much anyway. There is a practical way to find what is actually using the space.

What you get

Account-level usage: how much storage you are using against what your plan includes. Not a breakdown by ticket, by form or by customer.

Why per-ticket would not help much

Storage is almost entirely attachments, and they are spread across thousands of tickets rather than concentrated in a few. A ranked list of tickets by size would not tell you what to do.

Find the source instead

  1. Which channel? Messaging and email attract different attachment behaviour.
  2. Which form? One asking for a photograph will dominate.
  3. Which integration? Something writing files into tickets automatically is a common cause.
  4. Which customers? Occasionally one sends video routinely.

Tag tickets with attachments and report on that, and the pattern appears quickly.

Watch the trend, not the total

Steady growth is normal. A step change means something started, and finding what started is far more useful than knowing which ticket is largest.

The effective answer

An attachment deletion schedule. It addresses the bulk of storage without needing to know which tickets were responsible, and the conversations stay intact.

Then reduce what arrives

Ask for what you need on the form: a photograph of the label, not a video. Most oversized attachments are people being helpful without guidance.
