How do I find my renewal date

Find it

1. Open the subscription page in Admin Center.
2. Read the renewal or term end date.
3. Put it in a shared calendar with a reminder a month before.

Why a month before

Because that is when the useful conversation happens. Reducing seats, changing a plan, dropping an add-on: all of it is straightforward at renewal and awkward at any other time.

A reminder on the day itself is a reminder that it is too late.

What to do with that month

1. Compare seats bought against seats used.
2. Check whether each add-on is actually being used.
3. Ask whether the plan level still matches how you work.
4. Talk to us if any of those needs changing.

An hour, once a year, and it is the only moment where the answer costs nothing to act on.

Put it in a shared calendar

Not a personal one. The person who set the reminder is often not the person who will need it, particularly if the account has changed hands.
