No, but the other way round works. A system on the x-bees subscription also gives access to Collaboration.
The one-way relationship
- On x-bees: your users can also use Collaboration. Seeing both is normal.
- On Collaboration: x-bees is not included.
Moving to x-bees
Changing a system from a Collaboration subscription to x-bees is something we arrange. It is a paid change, so we confirm what it means for your agreement before anything happens.
Send us a request saying how many people need x-bees and what you want them to do with it. Not everyone needs the same plan once you are there.
Worth knowing first
x-bees is built around conversations that include customers as guests. If that is not how your team works, the move may not give you what you expect. Tell us what you are trying to achieve and we will say whether it fits.
