Why you might see both

Some colleagues prefer Collaboration 7 even when x-bees is available, particularly if their work is internal rather than customer-facing. On an x-bees system that is fine; both are there.

The one-way relationship

• x-bees subscription: Collaboration is included.
• Collaboration subscription: x-bees is not.

Which to use

Not a rule so much as a fit. x-bees is built around conversations that include customers as guests. Collaboration 7 is built around colleagues talking to each other. Someone in finance may genuinely be better off in Collaboration 7.

Plans still apply

Access to Collaboration on an x-bees system does not change what a person can do. Their x-bees plan still decides whether they can create meetings, add guests or reach a CRM.
